The philosophy behind all our programs stems from the thousands of conversations we already have held with experienced professionals, in the context of hundreds of recruitment, interim management, assessment, career guidance, coaching, and teamdevelopment assignments we have completed over the past years.
EXPERTS IN DEVELOPMENT
What this has given us is a deep understanding of how professionals develop, what trully drives them, what the circumstances are that determine their success, and the various 'best practices' that can be identified from that.
OUR OWN PROGRAMS
And to share this insight we have developed the Profiling method. Resulting in a number of proven programs, in which already hundreds of professionals participated, either individually or in team or group setting.

We are located in the ZAPP Office at Bahialaan 100 in Rotterdam, with a reception that can be reached from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 010-3330800.
By car: Take exit 25 on the A16 (via the roundabout, towards Brainpark III) and you can park on the ZAPP Office premises.
By public transport: About a 5-minute walk from Kralingse Zoom metro station.
