With this challenging program you choose to create the 'space' needed for bringing out the best in yourself. To enable groundbreaking development and meaningfull progress, in both the work you do and the career you aim to achieve within it. As an experienced professional, from senior level up to executive and board level.
MOVING FORWARD IN 7 STEPS
Using an individual approach, leading you through the following steps, in 7 sessions of 2 hours each:
STEP 1: DEEP REFLECTION
What does your life look like? How did it develop? What did it bring so far? What are your key successes? How do you reflect on them? And what can you learn from that?
STEP 2: OWN PURPOSE
What do you truly believe in? What drives you? What do you want to achieve with it? Why is that relevant? When will you be successful? And will you achieve it?
STEP 3: DISTINCTIVE QUALITY
What are you good at? What do you to succeed in that? What's your typical approach? How can you further develop that? And what's holding you back most?
STEP 4: GROUND-BREAKING CHOICES
What are the boundaries you're facing? What are the possibilities for pushing them forward? What impact will that have? And what choices do you have to make?
STEP 5: CONVINCING APPROACH
What steps will you take? How will you achieve your goals? What further development do you need? And how will you create the 'space' to do that?
STEP 6: DELIBERATE ACTION
What will you start with first? How will you translate that into concrete action? What are the desired results? And what will you do differently than you did before?
STEP 7: DIRECT FEEDBACK
How did you experience it? What did you achieve? What went well? What challenges did you face? What can be improved? And what does that mean for the next step?
IN-DEPTH REFLECTION
With a systemic analysis as a guiding thread, reflecting on 'what is going well', 'what could be improved', and 'what is still missing' in the experience you have gained so far and the successes you have achieved with it.
