With this, you choose a challenging program to keep bringing out the best in yourself - in the work you do and in the further career you want to realize. By continuously pushing your boundaries a little further, in the direction you commit to together. And by learning to deal even more effectively with the situations and circumstances that ultimately determine your success.
MOVE FORWARD IN 7 STEPS
Using this one-on-one approach, you will complete 7 two-hour sessions in a period of 2 to 3 months, being supervised by a highly experienced and challenging coach, as you work through the following steps:
What does your life look like? How has it developed? What has it brought you? What are your successes? How do you look back on them? And what can you learn from them?
STEP 1: DEEP REFLECTION
What do you truly believe in? What drives you? What do you want to achieve with it? Why is that relevant? When will you be successful? And will you achieve it?
STEP 2: OWN PURPOSE
What are you good at? What do you need to achieve that? What's your personal approach? How can you develop in that area? And what's holding you back the most?
STEP 3: DISTINCTIVE QUALITY
What are the limitations you're facing? What are the possibilities for pushing them? What impact will that have? And what choices do you have to make?
STEP 4: GROUND-BREAKING CHOICES
What steps will you take? How will you achieve your goals? What development is needed to achieve them? And how will you create the space to achieve them successfully?
STEP 5: CONVINCING APPROACH
What will you start with first? How will you translate that into concrete action? What are the desired results? And what will you do differently than you did before?
STEP 6: DELIBERATE ACTION
How did you experience that action? What did you achieve? What went well? What challenges did you face? What could be improved? And what does that mean for the next step you're taking?
STEP 7: DIRECT FEEDBACK
INSIGHT INTO SUCCESS
Guided by a systematic reflection on ‘what is going well’, ‘what could be improved’, and ‘what is still missing’ in the experience you have gained so far and all the successes you have achieved along the way.
